Who you are

Previous experience working in the UK Energy Market, in particular knowledge/experience of the Settlements processes and procedures
Excellent data analysis/modelling skills and experience working with big data
A natural at interpreting technical industry designs into business requirements
Confident communicator with the ability to simplify complex information into useful management insights
Knowledge of MHHS would be really beneficial
Excellent stakeholder management as this role will be working closely with all areas of the business including, UW Operations, Product, Technology, Contract Management, Legal and Compliance, and Finance
A driven Business Analyst with excellent knowledge of the energy industry. Ideally, with a good understanding of the settlements process
Someone who has previously worked on major energy industry change programmes
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate data into insights
An agile mindset and an adaptable approach to delivery and problem-solving
Strong communication skills to simplify complex problems
A conscientious and committed team player
Creative and outcome-focused approach
BCS, APMG, IIBA or equivalent qualification (beneficial)

What the job involves

Supporting the end-to-end delivery of major industry change programmes
Helping to shape future propositions and strategic business objectives through MHHS
Take a leading role in data analysis, impact assessments and benefits realisation
Joining industry forums, liaising with stakeholders across the Energy industry
Translating industry technical design documents into business requirements
Working and building strong relationships with external service providers and internal stakeholders from across the business implement change effectively, producing positive experiences for internal users and customers
