Who you are

3+ years of Project / Program Management experience in an Agile environment
Proven track record of shipping quality products on time
Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory
Tracking and communicating project status, including risks, contingencies, and mitigation plans
Strong organization, communication and collaboration skills
Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management software
BA degree in technical field
An ideal candidate will bring technical, program management, and leadership experience

What the job involves

As a Technical Program Manager for the D2C platform, you’ll work closely with teammates from engineering, design, and partnerships on project planning and delivering new Commerce web-sites and features across multiple T2 labels
Develop detailed project plans in collaboration with partners in Product, Partnerships and QA
Plan and facilitate effective core Agile / Scrum ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint demos and retrospectives
Remove impediments for the team to enable them to do their best work
Advocate for best practice and quality and be a servant leader for the team
Drive continuous team improvement through retrospectives and process improvements
Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
