What the job involves
- Week to week: Work with the GM UK, CEO, and other leaders to contribute to our growth strategy, set ambitious targets, and report on progress against the plan
- Day to day: Execute on the plans you’ve helped to create. This will involve prospecting, responding to inbound inquiries, giving demos, and guiding our customers through their procurement processes to close deals
- Significant room to grow: We’re looking for a candidate who shares our long-term view to growing the business. As an early hire in our UK team, the role will enjoy considerable opportunities for personal and professional development along with the business

Not to be confused with the US-based legal tech advisory platform of the same name, Atticus is an Australia-founded company which offers law firms and listed companies verification software for legal disclosure documents.
It’s a simple and effective pitch: By significantly speeding up document verification, legal teams can get much more done.
The company has a great track record too, with customers including Coca-Cola, Zurich Insurance, Commonwealth Bank, Vodafone, and major Australian retailer Coles. Indeed, Atticus states that 80% of Australia’s top tier and national law firms use its platform, as do a growing number of the UK’s top 30 law firms.
It’s impressive that Atticus has expanded to the UK, US, Asia, Southern Africa, and the Middle East since its 2017 launch, all while being bootstrapped and keeping a low media profile. However, since then, it has raised several rounds of funding to expand its operations. Furthermore, the company’s hiring of Data Strategy veteran Thom Mackey as CEO in early 2022 indicates a belief that there’s plenty more room for international growth.
