What the job involves

Build: You define & implement our recruitment strategy together with us
Lead: You coordinate our recruiting team of motivated people and help them to develop
Grow: You successfully build up our team with our hiring managers
Creative Sourcing Techniques: Together with us, you create unique recruiting plans for each vacancy, ranging from active sourcing to ad campaigns with GOhiring
Candidate Awareness: You adopt an active stance on social media sites like LinkedIn
Full-Cycle Recruiting: You collaborate closely with the hiring managers to help candidates throughout the whole hiring process, from the construction of candidate profiles to the onboarding of new hires
Analytics for hiring: By using data, you help us analyze and continually improve our hiring procedures
Candidate Pool: Together with us, you'll create a talent pipeline for upcoming openings
