Senior Product Data Analyst, Veriff

• Have 4+ years of proven product analytics experience
• Are fluent in SQL and confident in Python (or eager to learn)
• Are experienced in Tableau (or a similar BI tool) and can turn complex data into clear, compelling visual stories
• Bring strong cross-functional collaboration and storytelling skills
• Communicate complex insights clearly and work well with engineers, product managers, and UX
• Thrive in fast-paced, technical product environments

• You’ll create insight across critical biometric and facial intelligence components—like liveness, age estimation, and authentication—while aligning metrics with accuracy, response time, and conversion goals
• Translate data into action: Deliver insights that guide improvements in product performance and end user experience
• Drive product clarity: Track and improve key metrics like MFR, FRR, conversion and propose new when relevant
• Champion data quality: Define and uphold reliable metric standards across the Authentication ecosystem
• Own impact analysis: Guide experimentation and A/B testing strategies across authentication flows to ensure the validity of insights
• Work cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to align insights with Authentication roadmap goals
