Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Kajabi

• 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle or Customer Marketing
• 8+ years of marketing experience
• ​​Proficient in marketing automation, CRM marketing, email marketing, chat and chatbots, in-product messaging, SMS, and push
• Strategic Problem Solver: You know how to break a big problem into smaller ones, and enjoy testing and exploring new strategies. You thrive on iteration, always using results to determine the best course of action
• Customer-Centric: You put the customer first, and are passionate about helping creators build and scale their businesses. You look forward to speaking with customers
• Data-Driven: You have strong analytical skills and experience using analytical tools like Google analytics, Looker, Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar to do analysis on the opportunities and impact in your work

• The Lifecycle Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Lifecycle Marketing
• You’ll craft strategies and drive implementation of multi-channel customer marketing programs that delight our customers and foster engagement
• Own a portion of the customer journey and lifecycle (activation, engagement, retention/winbacks) – understand all the touch points and how to pull the right levers to drive customer behaviors
• Develop strategies to identify and execute on opportunities to improve retention and minimize customer churn
• Test, learn, optimize and operationalize new experiments, programs and campaigns. You’ll collaborate with our creative team to bring your vision and strategy to life
• Create and monitor complex customer journeys via automations and action-based triggers
• Provide timely, data-driven insights on the customer journey, campaign performance and user segmentation
• Build go-to-customer strategies to help launch new products to our customers and drive adoption of existing products
• Support customer marketing initiatives across the organization, collaborating with Customer Experience, Product Growth and other Marketing teams
