• We’re looking for a Talent Partner to lead our early careers hiring programmes while owning and evolving our employer brand across the entire talent function
• This role combines delivery and strategy: you’ll run our graduate schemes (twice per year) and shape how we attract talent at all levels. From events and partnerships to platforms like Glassdoor, you’ll ensure our employer brand is consistent, compelling, and measurable
• You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership to ensure our brand supports hiring outcomes across the business, not just early careers
• Lead end-to-end delivery of two graduate schemes per year
• Design and optimise assessment processes and candidate experience
• Partner with hiring managers to plan and deliver hiring outcomes
• Track and report on pipeline health, conversion, and diversity
• Own and evolve our employer brand strategy across all talent segments (not just early careers)
• Partner with the wider Talent team to ensure consistent messaging across all roles and touchpoints
• Manage and optimise platforms such as Glassdoor and other review channels
• Develop content and campaigns that support hiring across multiple functions and levels
• Define and execute an events strategy aligned to hiring priorities (early careers + experienced hires)
• Represent the company at careers fairs, industry events, and networking opportunities
• Build and manage relationships with universities, communities, and external partners
• Ensure all external activity ladders up to brand and hiring goals
• Define and track success metrics across employer branding and hiring activity
• Measure ROI of events, partnerships, and campaigns (quality, conversion, hires)
• Build reporting frameworks and dashboards for the Talent team
• Use data to continuously refine sourcing and branding strategies
