Who you are
- 6+ years in demand generation, database management and marketing operations
- BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
- Deep expertise in HubSpot marketing automation, including Salesforce integration and custom setup required. Strength in Google Analytics
- Proficiency in marketing technologies, CRM systems (Salesforce), Asana and Slack
- Expertise in supporting lead scoring, landing pages, forms, setting up UTM codes, etc
- Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, reporting, and optimization
- Ability to maintain database hygiene and leverage the database through segmentation and measurement to generate qualified leads
- Familiarity with account-based marketing techniques and vendors
- Ability to effectively work cross functionally to drive results
- Hands-on, roll up your sleeves mentality with a bias towards action and getting things done
- Self-starter and excellent in self management, experience in working with remote teams
- Data driven marketer with a passion for analytics
- Analytic whiz who uses reports and findings to guide decision making

What the job involves
- Maximizing the creation of sales accepted leads through an optimized martech stack, well-managed database, and reporting with actionable data and insights
- Building on a HubSpot and Salesforce foundation, you will be critical to ModSquad’s success by applying industry best practices to properly collect, organize and utilize data, execute campaigns, and manage integrations
- Analytics and Reporting: Create and maintain metrics reports to assess marketing performance and its business impact. Produce accurate, actionable reporting on marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue. Use findings from these reports to make recommendations on future marketing initiatives. Create forecasts by channel and measure against them to meet targets
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop and execute programs to generate and nurture leads particularly via list building and multi-channel, multi-touch journeys
- Marketing Operations Management: Oversee and optimize our MarTech stack, including marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), ABM, attribution, etc. Evaluate, recommend, and implement new technologies as needed
- Data Management: Own and execute data hygiene initiatives to maintain the health of our prospect and customer database
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing team members to set funnel targets, optimize marketing elements, and measure results
