Retail & Ops Associate (Part Time), HURR

Desirable

• Customer Service: Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting customers, answering their questions, and helping them navigate our rental and resale offerings
• Sales Support: Actively promote our rental services and resale collections, driving customer engagement and assisting in meeting store sales targets
• Stock Management & Visual Merchandising: Support stock management processes, including receiving deliveries, organising merchandise, and ensuring items are displayed correctly
• HURR Ops & Commercial Support: Work with both our Fashion Director and Senior Ops Manager to support on a variety of ops-related tasks that feed into the wider HURR Business, including Product onboarding & merchandising, brand takeovers, customer order support, and more
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain smooth daily operations and contribute to achieving the store’s key performance goals
• Special Project Support: Assist with the seamless fulfilment of rental orders through external partners, including managing rentals for VIP customers, influencers/ KOLs in collaboration with our last mile delivery partners
