• 10+ years of experience, ideally in consulting, corporate tech, or a role with significant exposure to executive audiences
• Diverse HR experience across areas such as Total Rewards, Talent Management, HR Technology and Analytics, and Recruiting

• Build impactful decision-making frameworks to advance priority workstreams
