What the job involves

We are looking for a new Sales Executive to join our team
You will offer a consultative and empathetic approach to customers and help them through the decision-making process
Promote Hometouch as a true alternative to a care home giving customers a choice that offers a unique quality of care
Take ownership of the customer journey and ensure our carers and customers are consulted in a timely and professional manner
Offer a high quality matching service using our tech enabled systems to find the perfect carer for the customer and their needs
Work collaboratively with our clinical team and care managers to ensure new client packages are set up efficiently
Be proactive, digitally literate and focused on searching for new customer opportunities
Customise the care contract to each client and manage the commercial elements of the relationship

Our take

Although most people would prefer to remain in their own homes in their old age it can prove unfeasible, with high agency fees and low flexibility on options making a care home the only option. Hometouch, a marketplace for carers and those seeking live-in care exists to disrupt the agency model and make it possible for people to receive care at home for as long as possible.

The marketplace model has many advantages over the standard agency model: carers can set their requirements for pay and conditions whilst clients can select carers who meet their needs. Without high agency fees, pay for carers is higher and costs are lower. The main competition for Hometouch is the UK’s care home sector which can offer lower prices, but the savings in care and housing-associated costs provided by Hometouch will in many cases give it an edge.

Hometouch covers over a thousand families UK-wide, giving it ample room to grow in a market of over 800,000 potential clients. With a growing demand for better aged care and better conditions for carers, it is in an excellent position to grow into a significant business.
