Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
- First work experience in tech, entrepreneurship, consulting, finance or a related field, ideally with exposure to business analysis and market research
- Analytical skills, with a research-oriented mindset and the ability to interpret complex data and present findings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively at various organizational levels
- Proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to take on responsibility and learn new skills
- Basic familiarity with CRM systems or databases or a willingness to learn (specific training will be provided)
- Collaboration and teamwork skills, with experience working in diverse groups or project teams
- Willingness to learn about cybersecurity and different target industries
Desirable
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
- Interest or background in technology, cybersecurity, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks in a dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability in learning and applying new methodologies
- Ability to create clear and engaging presentations for high-level audiences, such as board members
What the job involves
- This role is pivotal in synthesising data to fortify our strategic initiatives, driving new business, and crafting project proposals and pricing models that drive our comprehensive commercial efforts
- Reporting to the Commercial team, this role offers the opportunity to be at the heart of our global business operations, providing direct support in strategic decision-making, growth, and leadership activities
- Drive Strategic Data Analysis: Utilise data and research to target and prioritise key business areas, including verticals and accounts, directly impacting strategic decisions of the leadership team
- Maximise CRM Potential: Leverage HubSpot to spearhead growth, employing customer segmentation, lead nurturing, and sales enablement for new business acquisition and expansion
- Innovate for Efficiency: Identify improvement areas and lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Lead Market and Competitive Analysis: Take ownership of the market and competitive analysis, providing insights that shape our business strategies
- Project Management and Execution: Oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company goals, and are delivered on time and within budget
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the company to contribute to a wide range of business activities, gaining comprehensive and global industry exposure
- Foster Leadership and Professional Growth: Take on leadership roles within projects, showcasing strategic and managerial skills while benefiting from continuous learning opportunities
