Who you are
- The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and strategic with a granular attention to detail and an ability to navigate multiple critical requests while meeting tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience in finance, consulting, strategic operations, or another strategic role and/or equivalent experience
- Willing to work from LA for the first 3-6 months (company-sponsored housing provided) and work from NYC from Jan 2025 onwards

What the job involves
- As our Chief of Staff, you'll work directly with our CEO and executive team, helping to define top-level business priorities and goals, develop and execute partner strategies, drive planning processes, generate operational efficiencies, and collaborate on key company initiatives
- Own strategic projects and analytical support for a variety of organizational priorities, including but not limited to growth initiatives, operational efficiencies, partnership strategies, department goal-setting, board and executive meetings, team offsites, and investor relations
- Facilitate communication and coordination among functions to ensure alignment with company objectives and priorities
- Build partnership ecosystem by developing and deepening strategic relationships; serve as a liaison between the CEO and other stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely communication of key updates and initiatives
- Manage the CEO's calendar, plan essential travel, and prioritize tasks and meetings in alignment with organizational goals

However, the analysis of this medical data can be time-consuming and this results in non-comprehensive data analysis, with efforts being further strained by administrative duties such as note-taking and missed revenue capturing.
Regard provides an AI-driven medical diagnosis platform, facilitating the automated analysis and synthesis of patient data, diagnoses recommendation, note-taking, and capturing of missed revenue. Whilst AI-driven medical data analysis platforms are nothing new, Regard stands out by taking a human-interrupted approach to AI, resulting in what is considered an AI clinical assistant as opposed to replacing the work of clinicians.
The company claims that its software can save clinicians up to 30% of their time through its automation, whilst improving diagnostic accuracy, reducing coding queries, and improving hospital finances to result in more than $100K in revenue impact per user. $61 million in Series B funding raised in 2024 is being used to ramp up product development and LLM research efforts and expand its reach beyond inpatient centres.
