Who you are
- Associate degree, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of leadership experience with a Sales background

- As a Sales Leader, it is your job to lead the team and seek solutions that create a high-performing work environment that drives strong business outcomes
- Duties include but are not limited to coaching a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their quotas consistently
- Run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
- Monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the actions that your team members can take to improve each month
- Analyze team performance data to suggest scalable improvements to core sales processes and sales training
- Foster a transparent, inclusive, and achievement-oriented team culture
- You will be responsible for building and inspiring a high-performing team of unique individuals who deliver positive experiences for LegalZoom customers
- Drive amazing customer experience and results through team development
- Show a passion for people development and ownership of the customer experience
- Document training, team-building, and sales process plays that work and share them with your colleagues to drive improvement across your organization
- Have strong empathy for peers, direct reports, and customers
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate behavior change

LegalZoom is an online legal technology service that can help people create their own legal documents. It believes legal advice and services should be clear, easy-to-understand, and affordable, and provides services to help people make a will, start a business, lodge a trademark application, and more.
LegalZoom has helped millions of people who otherwise could not hire a lawyer, with its extensive range of legal solutions. It competes with a handful of other companies, such as IncFile and Rocket Lawyer, that also provide online legal technology.
However, it has found space to grow its operations nonetheless, partially due to the rise in interest in digital solutions. An IPO in 2021 also enabled LegalZoom's growth, though in 2024 a class action is underway to investigate the company's significantly lowered share prices.
