Who you are
- 7+ years proven experience as an executive assistant with 3+ years supporting C-level executives
- Admin experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment managing multiple executives a plus
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a high tolerance for change and pressure
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and an attention to detail balanced with the drive to get things done
- Solid written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain a professional business appearance and attitude at all times
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive, take initiative, and exercise good judgment
- Comfortable with occasional after-hours support tied to travel or urgent priorities
- Proficient working knowledge of GSuite, MS Office and relevant software applications
- Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, manage time effectively, and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new technologies, procedures, workflows, etc
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
What the job involves
- Strategically and proactively manage the Marketing SVP’s and Chief Corporate Development Officer calendar and daily schedules
- Schedule and help coordinate details for various internal and external offsite meetings,(hotel, transportation, meals, meeting/session coordination) site visits, etc
- Take the lead in the coordination of all-hands, staff, and operational meetings, and assist with follow-ups as needed
- Responsible for making travel arrangements and managing/submitting associated expenses
- Anticipate needs, balance competing priorities, and continuously refine scheduling practices to support efficiency
- Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and initiatives within the Marketing and Corporate Development department
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications
- Help with execution of employee experience initiatives and activities (e.g. coordinating team outings, etc.)
- Creatively design and implement various methods of nurturing a fun and productive environment
- Collaborate with other executive assistants and team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing and Corporate Development team as needed

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although it also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public in 2021, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market capitalisation of $10 billion. However, it's since fallen to around $ 4 billion. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
