Who you are
- 2-3 years of experience in highly demanding and fast-paced environments (e.g., MBB consulting, investment banking, fast-growing start-up, VC …)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to generate insights from data and craft actionable strategies
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, manage complex projects, and work under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English is a must; additional languages are a plus
What the job involves
- As the EiR at Cardino, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of our high-growth startup
- You will collaborate closely with Cardino's leadership and various departments to initiate, take full ownership, and deliver key strategic and operational initiatives
- Be a sparring partner for the C-Level for strategic and operational decisions, as well as crafting and executing company-wide strategic plans
- Liaising between departments to ensure strategic initiatives are well-executed and goals are met
- Representing Cardino in negotiations and partnerships, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company and its stakeholders
- You will drive new projects and ventures (Zero to 1) with the C-Level
