Who you are
- You have 1-2 years of sales and account management experience, ideally involving financial products/services in a quota carrying environment
- You have exceptional verbal, written communication skills
- You thrive in a fast paced environment, are organized and can handle multiple conversations and requests going on at the same time
- You have a personal passion and strong affinity for small businesses and entrepreneurship
- You are confident and knowledgeable working within a financial services environment and are comfortable around accounting, numbers, math, and finance

What the job involves
- FundThrough is looking for a smart, passionate, resourceful Account Manager to join our Client Success team on our mission to help business owners end the “wait” associated with payment terms
- You will report to a member of our senior management team and have the opportunity to work closely with our founders
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts with a solution-based sales approach, all while building and maintaining a strong, long-lasting customer relationship
- Generate sales among existing accounts through maximizing utilization, upsell opportunities, and retention focused opportunities
- Manage heavy outbound and inbound call volumes, all while remaining diligent in pipeline management practices and CRM recording
- Liaise between client and internal credit and operations team to provide an above and beyond customer experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets as they relate to existing customers and retention

Whilst invoice funding companies exist to solve this challenge, their loans still take a while to process, often have hidden fees, and come with high-interest rates.
FundThrough provides an invoice funding service for small businesses, promising to reduce the amount of time businesses wait to receive paid invoices from customers. The company provides its services on a personalised approach based on the financial health of a business, allowing the business to choose which invoices will be funded, ultimately allowing them to scale their operations by taking on larger clients with their augmented cash flow.
Whilst invoice funding has been used by businesses for decades, it is generally only available for larger enterprises, so FundThrough’s focus on helping small businesses is unique. And with good funding that has supported the expansion of its funding resources to serve more and more small businesses, the future is promising for FundThrough and the customers it serves.
