Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a motivated, passionate brand designer to join our community as we grow our team and mature into excellence!
- A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in brand design, visual identity, or a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand design projects and campaigns
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.), Figma and Canva
- Experience with digital design tools and understanding of web design principles
- Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design integrity
What the job involves
- The Marketing Team are on a mission to build exceptional consumer and trade experiences. You’ll play a pivotal role in translating messages etc into compelling digital designs to be used across marketing channels
- You’ll be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining the visual identity of the brand across various platforms
- A key focus for you will be translating the brand’s messaging, values, and strategy into compelling visual designs that resonate with the target audience
- You’ll collaborate with various teams, including marketing, product development, and digital content creators, to ensure brand consistency and creative alignment
- Reporting to the Director of Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll create, update, and maintain the overall visual identity of the brand, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and other design elements
- You’ll develop a wide range of marketing materials such as packaging, brochures, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and website elements
- You’ll Adapt designs for a variety of platforms including print, digital, social media, and packaging, ensuring the brand is visually cohesive across all channels
- You’ll stay up-to-date with current design trends, competitor branding, and market demands to inform creative decisions
- You’ll be our go to person, to translate brand strategy into compelling visual storytelling that resonates with the target audience
