- 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting ops

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a scrappy, sharp Recruiting Operations & Sourcing Contractor to jump in and help us build strong pipelines and keep our recruiting engine running efficiently
- This role is a mix of hands-on sourcing (about 2/3 of your time) and recruiting ops + coordination (about 1/3)
- It’s perfect for someone early in their career who wants to level up fast
- You’ll work closely with the recruiting team, helping us find great people while also making sure the process behind the scenes is best in class
- Hunt down great candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Build and nurture pipelines we can tap into now and later
- Run market maps to understand where top talent lives
- Partner with recruiters to calibrate on profiles and refine searches
- Keep a pulse on pipeline health and sourcing performance
- Help keep interviews running smoothly (scheduling, comms, logistics)
- Own data hygiene in our ATS (clean data = better hiring)
- Spot inefficiencies and help us tighten up our recruiting processes
- Pull basic reports and share insights on what’s working / not working
- Pitch in wherever needed — we’re a small, fast-moving team
