Customer Experience Support Agent, Swyft Home

Desirable

• Providing inbound support for our customers via email, social media, phone and live chat - ensuring a delightful and empathetic experience at every moment.
• Take ownership of problems and use initiative to fix customer issues (i.e. dealing with faulty goods, processing refunds, arranging returns)
• Be a proactive and engaging individual to keep your finger on the pulse of any emerging customer issues, trends or feedback. Voicing this to your team to help for any potential improvements to service, product or technology.
• Collaborate with other departments including Warehouse, Operations, Production and Sales to find solutions to complex customer issues.
• You will seek opportunities to grow in your knowledge of Swyft and our customer support processes
• Reach team and individual targets, set by Team Leaders and the CX Manager.
• Assist the Customer Experience Management Team with ad hoc tasks
