Role
Who you are
- You have 5+ years of product design experience
- You bring rock-solid skills in UX architecture and interaction design
- You have outstanding visual design and UI skills (Including color, layouts, iconography, and typography.)
- You thrive in bringing structure to unstructured environments
- You love tackling massive challenges and breaking them down into their component parts
- You have demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams
- You have technical knowledge in working with design systems, libraries, and style guides
- You have extensive knowledge of design methodologies in user research and testing
- You have experience designing across multiple platforms such as desktop and mobile (Android and iOS)
- You are comfortable leading the design direction of the company
Desirable
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Familiarity with Figma
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions
What the job involves
- Conduct research to identify, design, and prototype user experiences that delight users and address our business objectives
- Evangelize design thinking practices to navigate complex design systems and challenge existing constraints
- Develop and maintain design assets to drive consistency across the application, speed up development, and build love and trust with our users
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to transform ideas into product requirements that offer functional clarity and technical direction
- Validate the design and technical implementation of proposed features, enhancements, and bug fixes
- Lead and facilitate design workshops and stakeholder meetings to align on product vision and requirements
- Define and evolve the brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all touch points

Onaroll makes these jobs sticky with an employee rewards app. Employers can define success however they wish, with shift workers earning points for hitting milestones that align to these goals. After earning enough points, employees can earn motivating rewards.
The startup’s platform delivers value to employers through its ability to motivate shift workers. To that end the startup is looking to find new ways to gamify work and deliver productivity improvements. The more it can do this, the easier it will be to secure further customers.
The company is seeking growth at a relatively unstable time with many workers are leaving their jobs in greater numbers than ever before. Employee loyalty has also never been more important, providing great tailwinds for Onaroll.
