Head of FP&A, Rula

• The ideal candidate combines financial rigor with strong entrepreneurial instincts and thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, or a high-performance FP&A team is strongly preferred
• This role requires the ability to juggle high-level strategic thinking with attention to detail, executive communication, and a proactive, collaborative mindset
• 12+ years of related professional experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or related roles
• 5+ years of people management experience with a team size of 3+ team members
• 3+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
• Strong command of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes, with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Track record of growing responsibilities / scope and driving meaningful business impact through financial analysis and crossfunctional collaboration
• Ability to drive cross-functional planning and budgetary alignment
• Ownership of both revenue and cost drivers
• Proven experience with full P&L ownership, including accountability for both top-line growth and bottom-line performance

• We’re hiring a Head of FP&A to lead forecasting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning at a fast-growing, mission-driven company
• This role will partner closely with the CFO, VP Finance, department leaders, and the executive team to enhance decision making throughout the company with the Finance and shareholder lens
• You’ll own the company’s financial model, build scalable planning processes, and help drive resource allocation decisions that support growth and margin improvement
• You will also lead the team partnering with critical decision makers at the company to ensure critical company priorities are executed in the most efficient manner
