What the job involves

The position of Chief of Staff will actively support the CEO in scaling Club in the coming years, structuring executive routines, and managing initiatives across business units towards strategic company goals
OKRs: you will own OKRs and serve as the ambassador of OKRs within the company
Internal communication: you will prepare the agenda and materials of the company’s monthly all hands and reviews
Governance: you will prepare the agenda, materials and minutes and ensure follow-up for board meetings and exec team meetings. You’ll also be in charge of writing investors reports
Market research & strategy: you will participate in exploring new ventures such as strategic partnerships, country launch, new business lines, M&A, etc. You will work closely with the team on strategic cross-teams projects, and ensure they are delivered on time
Challenge, formalize, and ensure good execution of the strategy
Accompany CEO in managing and ensuring excellence of gaming operation (production, publishing, live ops, tools, M&A)
Increase the effectiveness of our CEO cascading initiatives down at all levels (streamline processes and communication)
Follow up on all strategic meetings and make sure teams roll out key initiatives and decisions
Make sure all stakeholders are aligned on strategic projects and report on advancement and performance
Help to structure and scale the company
Coordinate core business functions and support functions to reach strategic goals
Monitor business KPIs and strategic projects
Ensure strategic projects are delivered in time

Our take

Club is providing a platform for creators to connect with their fans, from yoga instructors looking to connect with students, to musicians sharing unreleased music with their most devoted fans.

It is empowering creators to take ownership of their content and have a direct influence on their audience. by providing them with a platform in which they can make a steady stream of money. Through the use of selling digital subscriptions, fans can have access to premium content of the creator's choice.

The first version of the app was released in early 2022 and since its initial launch, the app has grown exponentially, with a rating of over 4 on both the App Store and the Google Play store. To keep up with demands, the Club team has expanded and is continuously adding new features to the app.
