Role
Who you are
- 3-5+ years of experience in any of the following fields: consulting, strategy, operations, telehealth, analytics, tech, finance
- Experience managing OKR’s, with exposure to P&L-based decisions
- Strong decision-making and business judgment that integrates data - you understand what drives value for the patient, the clinician, and the business
- Experience delivering on multifaceted, sophisticated projects with many partners, internal and external
What the job involves
- We're looking for an Operations Manager to help scale our Clinician organization
- Set the vision, develop the strategy, and drive the execution to deliver quality patient outcomes at scale
- Own OKRs for Clinician organization growth, quality, and satisfaction - creatively problem solving and prioritizing projects to achieve them
- Create and improve an enduring Clinician Organization structure that allows for accurate information dissemination, quick adaptation, and a stable working environment for Clinicians
- Manage a small but growing team, providing coaching and development as you work toward shared goals
- Work with Execs, Product, and Engineering teams to define technology improvements to make our teams more efficient

Our take
Weekend Health is a company building the "future of healthcare" through digital platforms for patients to manage chronic conditions and take more control of their treatment plans. So far, the company has built "Sequence", a scientific weight-loss platform, which was recently acquired by WeightWatchers.
Sequence combines nutrition and fitness plans with the prescription of FDA-approved weight-loss medications. Though the jury is still out on the use of these drugs (there are currently no long-term studies on their side effects, and their use by celebrities was much-condemned), Weekend Health appears to have approached their provision with care, and the acquisition by WeightWatchers is certainly a promising step for the company.
If future Weekend Health projects see the same success as Sequence, then the future is certainly bright for the company. With the advent of telehealth-first care, it has positioned itself well to be a force in the digital healthcare revolution, and remains one to watch in the coming years.
