Role
Who you are
- Technical expert – practical understanding of analytical tools and market insight methodologies, with 4 years’ experience in designing and executing research projects
- Change agent – using insights gained from strategic analysis to challenge and provoke the business to constantly improve our propositions and service delivery to patients
- Collaborative – strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster cross-team collaboration to achieve outcomes supported by remote and multi-disciplinary teams
- Strong communicator – proficient storyteller, being able to see through large and varied information sources and convey clear, compelling messages
- Problem solver – capacity to get to the heart of business issues and look to multiple sources to inform insights-driven campaigns/product launches
What the job involves
- Research, compile and synthesise competitor activity, customer insights, and market threats and opportunities to inform proposition development
- Perform qualitative, quantitative and behavioural research to generate insights necessary to support proposition development
- Translate insights from multiple data sources into coherent narratives and specific recommendations to drive decision making
- Identify patient segments to refine value propositions, facilitate better targeted messaging, identify barriers to entry, and inform go-to-market strategies
- Analyse raw survey data and perform statistical analyses to support the business
