Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of experience in Product Operations Management or related roles in software development such as engineering and UX and/or system design within a B2B SaaS company
- Prior experience in practicing and managing a user-centered design process, especially important is familiarity with modern customer validation techniques
- Experience supporting the rollout of frameworks/process updates
- Deep knowledge of and demonstrated experience in change management
- Experience in technical product management, project management or program management
- Excellent in communicating and working across disciplines including product, design, engineering, data and management
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Mac Book Pro/Air, Gmail & G-Suite Products, Microsoft Office, Basecamp, Slack
What the job involves
- Responsible for the effective running of our R&D (Product Development Team) working partnering with R&D and company leadership
- Own the onboarding process for new R&D team members by working closely with product leadership to ensure that product managers are able to onboard to the product, business and product development process with ease
- Eliminate friction within the product experimentation process by tracking, sequencing and implementing all experiments and creating processes to drive efficiency
- Helping product management make more reliable decisions by equipping them with relevant product data and customer insights to streamline prioritization
- Review and manage the product tech stack to establish internal best practices, and ensure team members are using the right tools effectively
- Foster cross-departmental collaboration around the product and leverage your insights to identify areas for improvement that will inform business decisions
- Champion the evolution of our product release life cycle and work with cross-functional partners to enable the release of product updates including measuring adoption
