Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in HR, strong core in Talent Development/Organisational Development
- Experience in a high growth, fast paced international environment covering multiple countries
- Project Management experience to support rollout of programs; agile, iterative, and pragmatic approach whilst not losing strategic focus
- Passion for and supporting employees to reach their potential through continuous learning and productive job experiences
- Strong oral and written communication and influencing skills. Able to communicate messages in a simple but accurate way to all levels in organization
- Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity
What the job involves
- As the Head of Talent Management, we expect you to think outside of the box of traditional HR and to develop an approach that combines the needs of people as well as the bottom line of the business
- By demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our business and Bolt’s high-growth, multi-vertical environment you connect the business strategies required for success to people strategies and talent actions
- Be part of the global People Leads Team designing and driving the overall people agenda
- Own and drive Bolt’s talent agenda; creating a future facing strategic plan that helps us to attract, develop and retain the right talent
- Based on the different needs of our verticals/functions translate the strategic plan into customized and fit for purpose programs and initiatives especially in the areas of leadership development and talent management
- Designing and implementing a company wide talent cycle (including goal setting, feedback, check-in, performance reviews, development plans, growth opportunities) that drives meaningful conversations and development activities on individual level whilst creating visibility and transparency on a company wide level
- Establishing our company wide LMS for onboarding and learning activities; driving and owning global initiatives while consulting and supporting teams with functional initiatives
- Design of modern personnel development tools for employee growth and retention such as career management, models and paths, competencies and skills frameworks etc
- Providing and executing strategies and tools for talent assessments and diagnostics including establishes KPIs aligned to talent strategy and objectives
Our take
Across Europe, more and more people are choosing flexible, on-demand transport instead of owning a car. And ride-hailing, shared vehicles and new technology like autonomous driving are all part of this shift. So, cities are pushing for safer and more efficient transport, which is encouraging mobility companies to invest in electric vehicles and even driverless solutions which could eventually reshape urban travel.
Bolt has positioned themselves right in the center of this change, with is leading mobility platform that offers ride-hailing services across more than 50 countries. Through its app, Bolt connects users with transport options designed to be affordable and simple.
Recently, the company partnered with Stellantis to explore Level 4 autonomous, driverless vehicles, showing just how far ahead Bolt is looking for its next phase of mobility.
That said, Bolt operates in a very crowded market and urban mobility is highly competitive, with many local and international players all trying to come out on top. Even so, demand for shared and on-demand transport is at an all time high and only growing. Bolt's broad geographic reach, focus on scale and willingness to invest in future technologies puts it in the perfect position to keep growing.
