Who you are

#1 Communications: We're looking for someone who is comfortable managing and engaging with our key channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, newsletter, slack etc...). The goal is not just to post and react, but rather to create the Wayra voice, and generate content that speaks to our target audience.
#2 Community Management: You need to engage with our alumni network and all programme companies. Engagement includes creating events driven by community needs, promoting them on socials, owning our community newsletter etc.. We want someone who loves meeting new people to be the face of the Wayra community.
#3 Data & reporting: We need someone who can consistently measure the data from our channels, & our community to make strategic decisions on what our future campaigns should be.

What the job involves

Social Media Management (25%): This responsibility includes the creation of our social media calendar, daily posts and engagement across our channels, as well as weekly data reporting.
Community Management: (25%): speaking to our portfolio companies, establishing what they need and building community campaigns around those needs.
Content creation & management (25%): You will be managing our content calendar, and running the monthly content meeting. This also involves working directly with our team and editorial partners to generate that content.
Visual Collateral Creation (25%): In support of all campaigns you will be running, you will be working with our designer to create any visual content required.
