Who you are
- 8-10 years’ experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth fintech or financial services environment
- Excellent communication in both written and verbal English
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and a deep understanding of data integrity best practices
- Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute revenue strategies that drive growth and efficiency
- Excellent project management skills, with experience collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality results
- Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a hands-on, problem-solving approach
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and grow a team
What the job involves
- We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Revenue Operations Lead to optimise our revenue processes and drive scalable growth. This role is pivotal in aligning Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and other cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, enhance performance metrics, and ensure seamless operations throughout the revenue lifecycle. You will oversee the health of our CRM and spearhead the creation of a new Business Development team, dedicated to lead qualification and segmentation, to support our ambitious growth goals
- Develop and implement scalable processes that support revenue growth across Sales and Marketing
- Partner with Sales & Marketing Leadership to align on measurement of lead quality, campaign efficiency and sales activity
- Identify and mitigate bottlenecks in the revenue cycle to improve conversion from top-to-mid funnel and accelerate growth
- Build dashboards and reports to track KPI’s such as pipeline health, conversion rates and costs
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover trends, drive improvements and optimise strategies
- Oversee CRM Management, ensuring data integrity and seamless integration across tools
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to measure campaign effectiveness and maximise lead-to-revenue generation
- Act as the bridge between Sales, Account Management, Product, and Marketing to ensure a unified approach
- Partner with Finance to create accurate, data-driven revenue plans and budgets
- Lead and mentor a small team of revenue operations professionals, fostering their growth
- Establish and manage a new Business Development team dedicated to lead qualification and enrichment

Many high-level investment opportunities are solely reserved for financial institutions. This means that top-tier equity funds are completely out of reach for most private investors. Moonfare solves this problem by giving individuals access to institution-level investing.
Moonfare's platform allows investors to participate in funding rounds offered by some of the biggest investing companies, including The Carlyle Group and Tiger Global. The company offers investment opportunities with investment minimums as low as €50,000, which is about 100x less than the traditional minimum. So, while not everyone can afford to make investments through the company, a much larger pool of people have the ability to enter private markets.
Moonfare is headed up by an impressive team of KKR, BlackRock, Amazon and J.P. Morgan alums, which adds significant credibility to its product. The platform has grown considerably since launching and more recently partnered with Fundcraft to enhance its digital infrastructure, automate fund administration, KYC, and capital call processes. This integration enables eligible investors to register and invest directly online in minutes, an exciting feat which will surely catch the eye of many investors.
