Who you are

You have proven experience working in a sales or within an SDR function
Previous experience working with startups within Europe is desirable
Driven attitude towards driving new leads and business for growth
Excellent communication who can build trusting relationships easily
Confident in making outbound calls and conducting product demos
Demonstrate an ability to meet and exceed sales goals
Comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
An added bonus if you have experience in selling a SaaS product, or a HR software solution
You are in command of a European language and completely fluent in English. Our desirable native preference would be German, Dutch, Italian, French or Portuguese

What the job involves

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth within the UK & Europe
You will work closely with the sales and partnerships team to identify potential customers, nurture leads, and build relationships with prospects
You will focus on the European startup market and our inbound leads
Conduct research on potential customers and identify key decision-makers within target accounts
Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, events and other forms of communication
Qualify inbound leads and pass them to the appropriate sales representative/partnerships representative
Build and maintain relationships with prospective new business and nurture leads through the sales pipeline
Provide exceptional customer service and be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries
Utilise CRM and other sales tools to track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns and promotions
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities
