• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Operations and Manufacturing roles

• As a key player in our recruitment strategy, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our rapid growth in the semiconductor industry
• This role is integral to ensuring that we build a skilled workforce capable of driving innovation in operations and manufacturing
• Partner closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source and identify qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from interview scheduling to candidate onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout
• Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates for future hiring needs
• Utilize metrics to track recruiting effectiveness and continuously improve the recruitment process
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and refine job descriptions, recruitment marketing materials, and employer branding initiatives
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly in the operations and manufacturing sectors
