Role

Who you are

  • You've managed entire product sets or markets and have used wide range of channels to deliver powerful growth results.
  • You've got prior experience running go-to-market projects, aligning with commercial, product, and data teams.
  • You've got experience with product, marketing, or strategy in B2B SaaS, Technology, FinTech or HealthTech sectors.
  • You've worked with Hubspot (or equivalent), CRMs and data tracking tools.
  • You've been a part of previous challenger brands and understand what it takes to take on incumbent competitors or a highly regulated sector.
  • You're passionate about developing a deep understanding of a market, a problem and our incredible customers to create boundary-breaking and effective campaigns.
  • You are commercially minded and know what it takes to drive conversion.

Desirable

  • You have experience launching into new markets while growing core market.
  • You have experience leading growth ad experimentation frameworks.

What the job involves

  • You’ll get into the action. Launch campaigns, initiatives and projects that land our product in the hearts and consideration set of our ideal customers and equip our commercial team with the competitive insights, messaging and data to win them.
  • You’ll study up. Become a product marketing expert on the business energy market (on both demand and supply side) to position our offering with advantage, truth and distinction.
  • You’ll understand channel marketing. Able to leverage channels to our advantage and deliver the desired results.
  • You’ll strategise and lead. Work with the CMO to run our go-to-market playbook from plan to delivery; collaborating with internal stakeholders to keep us to delivery, budget, resourcing and results.
  • You’ll drive experimentation. Build a growth framework to test, deliver, track and optimise marketing activity from top of funnel messaging through to on-site conversion.
  • You’ll speak up. Support our product team with feedback on product solutions. Be ready to voice and solve critical painpoints in the customer’s conversion journey.
  • You’ll obsess over the data. Leverage insights from our matching engine to unearth insights into buyer and customer needs and identify the opportunities that will win them.
  • You’ll set the bar, again. Disciplined, detailed and deadline-driven.

tem is a next-gen energy transactions company that changes the way renewable energy is bought, sold and powered. Rebalancing the playing field away from "Big Energy", tem creates affordable, traceable and smart energy transaction management tools.

The company provides businesses and consumers with access to the same financial benefits as Big Energy companies by distributing its own purchased energy to customers. Once they’re signed up, customers are matched with a suitable generator, and the tem platform helps execute contracts, take payments, and manage invoicing.

This is a truly disruptive concept, and is proving to be a successful one. tem currently processes over £50 million in direct transactions and saves millions for over 1000 UK businesses wanting to switch from traditional utilities tied to the wholesale market. Whilst UK consumers are notoriously hesitant to switch providers, recent soaring energy prices is luring many into giving it a go.
