  • You have a solid experience of managing a TA team and evidence of transforming the recruitment function into an effective organization

What the job involves

  • Directly reporting to our VP People, you will be responsible for the entire Talent Acquisition strategy of Back Market globally (Europe, US, APAC), and therefore transform our company objectives into an efficient recruitment strategy
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with Back Market's growth objectives
  • Partner closely with our leaders & hiring managers to understand recruiting plans across all functions, manage the forecast & timelines, and educate internally on best-in-class recruiting techniques
  • Design and drive the adoption of efficient & structured recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency
  • Generate new recruiting solutions, tactics, partnerships & providers that will help sustain our success
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team (~15 people)
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team
  • Act as the ambassador for Back Market's employer brand, promoting our culture and values externally
  • Establish a strong and global employer branding strategy that reflects our internal culture: create and inspire targeted attraction methods (events, social media campaigns, external relationships, etc.) to support our recruitment and D&I objectives
  • Promote diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates
  • Develop guidelines and principles so that hiring is conducted in a way that is explicitly designed to reduce bias
