- The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of analytical rigor, structured project management, persuasive storytelling, and executive presence with the ability to influence without authority

- 10+ years of experience in Operational or Strategy roles at a top-tier technology company
- Proven expertise in forecasting, pipeline management and SFDC; strong command of analytics, reporting and productivity measurement
- Demonstrated success leading global initiatives, aligning diverse stakeholders, and influencing senior executives
- Exceptional relationship-building skills; adept at collaboration, persuasion and managing across cultures and geographies
- Ability to synthesize complex, ambiguous findings into clear, compelling recommendations
- End-to-end experience leading strategic initiatives - from problem framing and analysis through implementation, communication and change management
- Strong change management and adoption leadership skills, with a track record of successfully embedding new processes and driving organizational buy-in
What the job involves
- We are looking for a seasoned Go-to-Market Operations leader to drive global Sales Operations strategy and execution
- This highly visible role will serve as a trusted partner to Sales leadership worldwide, shaping strategic priorities and enabling execution worldwide
- Strategic Partnership – Serve as a thought partner to global Sales Leaders (North America, EMEA-APJ, LATAM, Federal), aligning regional priorities with worldwide strategy
- Forecasting & Pipeline Management – Define, standardize, and drive global forecasting and pipeline processes to ensure accuracy, accountability, and predictable execution of revenue growth QoQ
- Annual & Long-Range Planning – Lead worldwide planning processes, including organizational design, headcount strategy, quota methodology, territory design, rules of engagement, and cross-functional alignment
- Performance & Productivity – Identify and operationalize opportunities to improve Sales execution, accelerate pipeline progression, and enhance seller efficiency
- Global Strategic Initiatives – Change leadership. Lead and enable large-scale cross-functional initiatives from discovery through execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes
- Change Leadership – Drive adoption of global processes, forecasting rigor, and playbook frameworks through clear communication, enablement, and executive engagement
- Visibility & Insights – Establish global health-of-business reviews, dashboards, KPIs, and productivity benchmarks to enable data-driven decision making
- Voice of the Sales Org – Represent the needs of the global Sales organization within company-wide initiatives, ensuring cross-functional projects and programs deliver measurable impact

BigID develops software that helps companies have secure customer data and satisfy privacy regulations. It uses advanced machine learning and identity intelligence to help enterprises better protect their customer and employee data at a petabyte scale. The company helps organizations manage and protect their customer data, meet data privacy and protection regulations like the CCPA and GDPR, and leverage coverage for all data across all data stores.
The company achieved unicorn status after securing $200M over four successful fundraising rounds in three years. It is now honing the product that has delivered such success, with features such as expanded risk management with executive risk reporting, as well as new advanced ML-driven capabilities. On top of this, it has plans to accelerate its global expansion as it looks to capture more clients across the world.
