Who you are
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of API design, integration protocols, and data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- Experience automating workflows and mapping processes
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Business acumen and ROI orientation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management and influence skills
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and changing startup environment
- Experience in the HealthTech or healthcare industry (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in healthcare in the UK and/or France (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
- Proficiency in the French language (nice-to-have, not mandatory)
What the job involves
- As a Product Manager with expertise in Integration and API development, you will play a crucial role in shaping our product strategy, focusing on integrating our platform with various healthcare and business systems and ensuring seamless data exchange
- You will join a highly collaborative and inclusive Product team, with a strong feedback culture
- Develop and execute product strategies for integration and API services
- Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation and market/user research to launch, with a focus on integration solutions
- Work as part of a delivery team (engineering, SDET, design...) and collaborate with cross-functional teams across the whole company (sales, customer support, marketing...) to deliver high-quality products
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, making data-driven decisions to enhance product features
- Monitor and analyse product performance, using feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement

In healthcare, overloaded systems riddled with room for error are in dire need of an overhaul. Semble (previously Heydoc) is one of the startups stepping in to try and fix the problem. Its integrated clinical system aims to help practices manage patient data and streamline their administration and operations.
Semble is not the only option in the market, but its focus on private hospitals and clinics may well work to its advantage, as many of its competitors primarily target the NHS. The company's cloud-based system aligns the company with the broader trend towards cloud-based operations, another good sign for its future growth.
A well-funded business, Semble has been able to remain at the forefront of innovation through adding automation and most recently, AI to its system. A considerable influx of investment in 2024 will help to consolidate its market position in the UK as well as support the expansion of its newer presence in France.
