Role
Who you are
- Recently graduated or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related - however, we will consider all fields and degree programs
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to make decisions using a data-driven approach
- Excellent prioritisation skills in order to handle multiple priorities concurrently and ability to manage workload independently
- Creative thinking to approach complex business challenges
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/GSuite
- Fluent English, written and verbal - German is not a requirement but a plus
- Available for a minimum duration of 6+ months, start date 1 February 2025 or earlier
- Hybrid work based in Berlin
Desirable
- Proven work experience in fast paced environments such as consulting, banking, VCs or startups
- Understanding of financial concepts and business operations
- German fluency
What the job involves
- As our Strategy and Operations Intern you will work directly with our CEO and Head of Finance and Operations to assist with a variety of strategic and operational tasks, including:
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities
- Developing and implementing strategic initiatives alongside the management team to drive company growth
- Collecting, analysing, and presenting key business metrics and insights
- Analysing internal data to create actionable steps to optimise internal processes and workflows
- Drafting executive-level presentations and reports
- Actively managing a variety of cross-functional projects, tracking their progress and collaborating with stakeholders across teams and markets
