Who you are
- Possess experience running and optimising campaigns across Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Has a passion for digital advertising and getting the most out of the data available
- Possess strong aptitude for data analysis
- Be self-motivated, hard-working, and enthusiastic with an ability to execute tasks using their own initiative
- Possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including experience with building and utilising Pivot Tables
- Be a highly effective and clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Be focused and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Be proactive, always looking for ways to innovate on ideas
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Senior Acquisition Executive to run paid media campaigns across our UK and Ireland brands
- This role encompasses all aspects of Google Ads Search and App campaigns, along with Apple Search advertising
- You will be responsible for the full range of tasks involved in the end-to-end running of the marketing campaigns to ensure they are performing as effectively as possible
- Maximising the profitability of campaigns on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Apple Search Ads
- Setting up and optimising campaigns efficiently and independently
- Ensuring optimum keyword coverage and use of match types
- Analysing current performance and recommending strategies based on your findings
- Creating and testing compelling text, image and video assets to maximise performance
- Working with our in-house design team to develop new landing pages
- Communicating campaign performance and any learnings to the team and senior stakeholders on a regular basis
- Conducting competitor research and recommendations
- Managing Purchase Orders, Invoices and insertion orders
- Ensuring that reports used for optimisation are accurate and up to date
- Searching for new opportunities relating to your accounts
- Ensuring we have robust and reliable conversion events
- Working with our ASO team to ensure alignment between paid and organic app
- Rolling out Custom Product Pages to increase campaign effectiveness
