• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience in monitoring and observability using open source tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, DataDog)
• Expertise in self-healing autonomics and automated system recovery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Software Engineer to join our team
• This individual will be responsible for overseeing our monitoring and observability efforts, ensuring the health and performance of our systems through proactive measures and self-healing autonomics
• This will include reactive tuning based on metrics, logging and distributed tracing, but also proactive changes via Machine Language learning
• Develop and implement comprehensive observability strategies to monitor the performance and health of our systems
• Utilize open source tools to create robust monitoring solutions that provide actionable insights
• Lead initiatives in self-healing autonomics to ensure system resilience and uptime
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues proactively
• Drive the adoption of best practices in monitoring and observability across the organization
• Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve system performance and reliability by automating manual processes and capacity planning
• Develop Machine Language algorithms to integrate with AI systems that will consume and learn from our monitoring data
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in observability and autonomics
