Role
Who you are
- A minimum of 6 years in enterprise SaaS sales or business development within technology-related industries, with a focus on Financial Institutions, FinTech, or RegTech sectors
- At least 2 years of experience selling into the Crypto industry is required
- Please note that we are not considering candidates whose primary experience involves selling financial instruments, such as in Sales Trading roles
- Demonstrated success in selling complex SaaS solutions and exceeding sales targets with Enterprise clients
- Ability to deeply understand customer needs and tailor solutions to drive successful outcomes
- You are entrepreneurial, thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment, and are committed to continuous learning
- Ability to sell in French or German
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and driving the sales process from lead identification, outreach, and qualification to close within a defined territory
- This is an exciting and unique opportunity to have a large impact on some of the most innovative fintechs and crypto companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—regulations are evolving and market demand is sky-high for new financial products
- You will be a trusted partner to crypto companies’ and fintechs’ compliance and business operations teams
- You will work closely with the Notabene leadership team, solving challenging and urgent problems for our clients
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with varied customer types
- Own the sales process, including: sourcing, initial discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Keep abreast of industry trends, target customers, and changes as they relate to your territory
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client proposals and technical demonstrations
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Notabene products and services
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Participate in user conferences and industry events on behalf of Notabene and our partners
- Travel to clients and conferences, as required, to expand Notabene's presence in the market
Our take
Increased accessibility to blockchain technology enables financial institutions to provide cryptocurrency services to their customers, but maintaining compliance can be difficult. Different jurisdictions and their domestic regulators require companies to comply with different rules, but this is difficult without having access to blockchain address types and other missing data points.
Notabene provides compliance tools for businesses that facilitate cryptocurrency transactions, helping them to access the data they need to provide compliant blockchain products. This is achieved through tools that help the user to identify missing blockchain data from their counterparties and their crypto transactions, allowing them to apply necessary regulations within their products.
Typically, remaining crypto-compliant requires the expensive assistance of blockchain experts. Notabene recognizes the unaffordability of this for most businesses, which is where it presents its value. The company has seen significant funding, the latest of which will support expansion to bring secure, transparent, and compliant crypto payments to more financial institutions.
