Role
Who you are
- Experience (5+ years) technology-related enterprise SaaS sales or business development experience in crypto or virtual asset management
- Experience selling to C-Suite, product management, and/or compliance teams
- Direct field experience working with enterprise accounts in FinTech or RegTech
- You are a quick learner and able to keep pace with the ever changing regulatory landscape within crypto
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to engage stakeholders at multiple levels within an organization
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
- You have a track record of success selling complex solutions and exceeding expectations
- You are committed to continuous learning
What the job involves
- We’re rapidly growing and looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to prospect, qualify, and close high-value enterprise clients
- You will be responsible for sourcing new opportunities and driving the sales process from lead identification, outreach, and qualification to close within a defined territory
- This is an exciting and unique opportunity to have a large impact on some of the most innovative fintechs and crypto companies today. You will operate in a fast-paced environment—regulations are evolving and market demand is sky-high for new financial products
- You will be a trusted partner to crypto companies’ and fintechs’ compliance and business operations teams. You will work closely with the Notabene leadership team, solving challenging and urgent problems for our clients
- Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory with varied customer types
- Own the sales process, including: sourcing, initial discovery, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations
- Keep abreast of industry trends, target customers, and changes as they relate to your territory
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on client proposals and technical demonstrations
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Notabene products and services
- Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption
- Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Participate in user conferences and industry events on behalf of Notabene and our partners

Different jurisdictions and their domestic regulators require companies to comply with different rules, but this is difficult without having access to blockchain address types and other missing data points.
Notabene provides compliance tools for businesses that facilitate cryptocurrency transactions, helping them to access the data they need to provide compliant blockchain products. This is achieved through tools that help the user to identify missing blockchain data from their counterparties and their crypto transactions, allowing them to apply necessary regulations within their products.
Typically, remaining crypto-compliant requires the expensive assistance of blockchain experts. Notabene recognizes the unaffordability of this for most businesses, which is where it presents its value.
