AI Stack Engineer, FlexAI

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, or system engineering with a focus on operational deployment and delivery of large-scale distributed systems
• Strong experience in CI/CD pipelines, release management, and deployment processes for AI stacks or distributed computing environments
• Proficiency in Linux environments and strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools
• Experience with bare-metal infrastructure, Linux kernels, drivers, and hands-on expertise in system administration
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or C/C++, with an emphasis on building tools and automating deployment workflows
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing system stability and ensuring seamless deployment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear technical documentation and deployment guidelines

• FlexAI is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled AI Stack Engineer (Delivery) to help ensure the successful deployment and delivery of our AI software stack, FlexAI Stack, into production environments
• As part of this role, you will work closely with teams focused on packaging, releasing, and maintaining the AI stack, ensuring it is production-ready, scalable, and meets the highest standards of performance and security
• Unlike the features-focused AI Stack Engineers, this role will focus heavily on the operational and release aspects of our AI stack, ensuring seamless integration and reliability across various deployment environments
• Manage AI Stack Releases: Package, release, and maintain the FlexAI Stack for production environments, ensuring high-quality, secure, and efficient deployments
• Optimize Production Environments: Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to manage the stack’s deployment process and ensure scalability and performance for customer environments
• Maintain Deployment Tools: Develop and maintain deployment tools and pipelines for the FlexAI Stack, focusing on reliability and consistency in production settings
• Support System Stability: Ensure that the AI stack meets high standards of operational stability and performance, and proactively address issues that arise during production deployment
• Documentation & Best Practices: Create detailed documentation and guidelines for operating the FlexAI Stack in production, ensuring customers and internal teams have a clear understanding of best practices for deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with feature-focused AI engineers, operations teams, and product management to ensure that the FlexAI Stack integrates smoothly into various environments and meets customer needs
• Continuous Improvement: Actively look for opportunities to automate and optimize delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention
