Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant, Papaya Global

• This position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of our solutions, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience, preferably within Global Payroll, HR and SaaS industries
• Strong technical acumen and the ability to quickly learn and articulate new ideas

• Papaya Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales and Solutions Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales by providing technical support and expertise during the pre-sales process
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements
• Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Papaya Global's solutions to prospective clients
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Papaya Global's offering and competitive advantages
• Collaborate with departments such as Product, Integrations, Payroll, and Customer Success to design solutions and relay feedback
• Contribute to providing technical responses to RFPs & RFIs
• Provide technical expertise and support during the entire sales cycle, including post-sale handoff to the implementation team
