What the job involves

The Strategic Engagement Director is a key leadership role within the organization and will be responsible for delivery and growth for strategic accounts
It will require close relationships with the customer and will act as the delivery SPOC for pre-sales, solutions, and execution planning
The unique experience will help drive customer experience and centricity to ensure a high level of performance is sustained
Serve as project owner and primary interface during the customer lifecycle, meet customer commitments and grow the account
Become a subject matter expert on HeadSpin’s products and services as well as technology, business operations, and policy landscape
Own all functional aspects of customer projects (project management, documentation requirements, timelines, resolution of open issues, communication of status)
Design, build, and refine our delivery approach to optimize for quickest time to value, ease of implementation, and long term customer success
Gather and synthesize product feedback and trends from customers to continually improve our offerings
Coordinate and work closely our teams (Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success) to share your knowledge and experiences to ultimately improve our business and our customers’ success
Work closely with our sales and services team to identify upsell opportunities and renewal risks and be engaged with cross-functional teams to successfully manage and resolve issues affecting customers
