- Prior Experience in a Recruitment Coordinator or Campus Enrolment Administration position
- Consistency and transparency is your mantra for a healthy candidate relationship
- Master of first impressions, you dazzle with your great communication and written skills
- Managing and prioritizing a high volume of responsibilities with a sense of urgency doesn’t phase you
- You have a strong attention to detail, and don’t let the small things get missed!
- Excellent organizational skills and follow-through
- Comfortable shifting focus in a constantly changing environment
- Either experience or interest performing prescreen interviews
- Experience reviewing applicant resumes based on role requirements
- Passion to work with the best Talent team in Toronto!
- Just so you know: The hired candidate will be required to complete a background check
What the job involves
- Interacting with ecobee candidates, you will help our Talent Acquisition team by scheduling a high volume of phone & video interviews as well as managing interview logistics like take home extensions
- With an eye for detail, you will have no problem ensuring our Applicant Tracking System (we use Greenhouse) is up to date
- By building relationships with our internal Hiring Managers, you will be able to ensure an efficient and candidate-centric hiring process
- Supporting one of our Recruiters with our Campus program by attracting, assessing and offering to our future Interns
- Pairing with a Recruiter to scale our technical support teams by reviewing applicant resume and performing prescreen interviews via phone
