Who you are

You have a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, for example in Product or Service Design
Or you have completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in a different field and you have at least 1 year of relevant work experience
You have a passion for human-centered design and are research-driven
You take initiative and have a growth mindset
You are fluent in English (and preferably Dutch) and live in The Randstad Area

What the job involves

During the Traineeship, you will work for one of our clients as a Service Designer, while attending bi-weekly training sessions and connecting with a motivated and young team of 40+ digital experts
With access to the TTI community of over 750+ young professionals, you will also have networking opportunities and events to help you grow both personally and professionally
After the 1-year program, we offer you the opportunity to continue working at your traineeship company
Our yearly development program includes:
A full-time onboarding month
Over 20 workshops and training sessions on personal, professional, and design skills are given by external industry professionals
Project coaching by a senior Service Design expert
Monthly personal coaching
Personal Leadership challenges per year followed by intervision
Access to 60+ online courses with a certificate
A paid Skillshare account
