Who you are

Proven experience as a top-tier consultative closer within a professional sales environment
Understanding of the SaaS software sales model, with a consultative B2B sales approach
Empathetic and interested in people. You like to know the story of each of the client that comes to us, you have a genuine interest in their situation and you'd like to help them out
A black belt in communications, you can hold a conversation, written and verbal, with people from diverse backgrounds- our clients range from Engineers and Entrepreneurs to PAs and Doctors (to name a few)
Highly organised, you are meticulous at managing your time and your pipeline
Experience with e-commerce/bookkeeping & accounting services would be a plus

What the job involves

As an Osome Business Development Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, holding their hands from the "discovery stage" all the way through to purchase and onboarding
Using your well-honed active listening skills you are able to convert, guide and influence prospects
You'll draw on the learnings from your passed sales successes to cultivate relationships, overcome objections, and deliver the best solutions for each customer
You will play a crucial role in our understanding of the customer’s needs, and with this information, be responsible for guiding them through how our Osome solutions will help drive their vision forwards
Excellent rapport builder able to cultivate and maintain good relationships with customers and users
Ability to close deals with executives of SME businesses with a turnover of up to £10 million per annum
Initiate onboarding for the clients you bring on and then handing over seamlessly to our Sales Operations team of Accountants and Bookkeepers
Help shape the future strategy for our sales & business development approach with an 'always learning' and continuous improvement mindset
