Role
Who you are
- Minimum 1+ years of experience
- Prior experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role focused on customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent self-study in business or related field
- Critical Thinking – strategic and highly analytical
- Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and online entrepreneurship
- Attentive, empathetic listener and clear communicator both verbally and in writing
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual who is capable of working independently but also enjoys collaboration
- A fast-paced learner, comfortable with web-based software
- Adaptive problem solver
- Strong ability to translate technology for a wide audience as well as effectively translate customer feedback into internally relevant & actionable information
What the job involves
- The role will report to our Director, Customer Success
- Work with Heroes across a variety of channels to identify the specific business outcomes they are hoping to achieve with Kajabi then provide consultative guidance to help them achieve those outcomes
- Engage collaboratively with the wider Customer Success team to stay informed on industry standards and best practices to proactively improve their and the group’s expertise in subjects relevant to Kajabi Heroes need
- Lead weekly office hours sessions for groups of customers that are designed to be flexible and could include demoing new features, providing overviews of workflow best practices, and general Q&A sessions
- Contribute to the creation of content that delivers some of the impact of Customer Success to Kajabi customers via easily scalable channels
