Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of relevant project management experience with a track record of successful software product deliveries for enterprises and SMBs
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with REST APIs, EDI Standards and Microservices
- Able to work autonomously and in a dynamic team environment
What the job involves
- Support Project Managers in onboarding customers, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with Project Managers
- Track project progress against plans and provide regular status updates to Project Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, implementation project managers, integrations engineering and QA to ensure successful project delivery
- Help manage marketplace participants’ API/EDI integrations along with Integration & Implementation leads
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including meeting notes and action items
- Test EDI and REST API interfaces for customer implementation
- Provide post-production support for customers & internal stakeholders
- Identify, investigate, and resolve EDI/API transaction errors or other issues
- Follow-up on all questions and requests directed to the support team in a timely manner until there is a confirmed resolution

To ensure quality, Cargomatic checks each driver's insurance and commercial licenses, ensuring they have the right experience to safely transport goods.
While others have tried - and failed - to bring Uber-like models to the world of transport logistics, Cargomatic faces an even tougher challenge. Managing cargo insurance, driver qualifications, dispatchers, pick-ups at warehouses, and drop-offs at shipping destinations creates a complex web of logistics.
