Who you are

  • Ph.D. with 3+ years or Master's degree with 5+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, NLP and LLM techniques, with the ability to apply these skills to solve complex business problems
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
  • Recent experience with LLM-related libraries and technologies, such as GraphRAG and Agentic RAG
  • Proven ability to develop end-to-end ML pipelines, encompassing data preparation, model training, and inference, using cloud-based tools (such as Databricks and AWS)
  • Demonstrated experience in architecting and implementing scalable data and model pipelines, with a focus on performance, maintainability, and scalability
  • Expertise in Python and SQL, along with experience in big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark)
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. Ability to convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders

  • ML and LLM Model Development: Utilize Machine Learning (ML) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop innovative AI solutions, including traditional machine learning algorithms, advanced retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) (e.g., Graph RAG and Agentic solutions), and marketing modeling (e.g., attribution modeling)
  • Deployment and Scalability: Collaborating with engineering teams, we deploy and integrate ML and Generative AI models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency
  • Business Problem Solving: Pioneering innovative ML and Generative AI techniques to solve critical business problems. Setting technical direction and standards for AI systems across the organization, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives
  • AI Innovation: Build innovative new AI solutions, enhance existing models, drive continuous improvement, and keep us ahead of industry trends. Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, deep learning, and NLP research. Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and insights to non-technical stakeholders, guiding them in making informed decisions
