Who you are

Experience in a Customer Success role within a SaaS business.

What the job involves

Deliver product demos for potential customers and secure new sign-ups
Welcome new customers, ensuring they’re set up for success on the platform
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving queries promptly and effectively
Proactively check in with customers to provide guidance and insights
Running training sessions with a view to improve platform usage
Act as the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback to improve the product and customer experience
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs
Track key success metrics (e.g. customer retention, adoption rates, and feedback)
Identify trends and opportunities to optimize the customer journey
