Marketing and User-Acquisition Manager, Big Viking Games

• Extensive experience in marketing technology services, including:
• Marketing CRMs
• Email marketing
• Social media management
• Marketing automation
• Blogging
• Ads management
• Familiarity with the use of AI services across marketing
• Approach marketing as both an art and a science: crafting aesthetically pleasing campaigns/branding/assets while relentlessly measuring and improving the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on user growth and retention
• Practical experience in growing user bases, as well as retention
• Effective presentation skills to communicate complex ideas to various audiences
• Ability to conduct quantitative analysis, generate insights, and design marketing tests/experiments

Desirable

• Uild and execute BVG’s product marketing plan for our YoWorld and FishWorld products
• SWOT analysis
• Target marketing efforts by geography, player-profile, and customer status (new/current/lapsed players of our games)
• Utilizing marketing channels, including Discord and other social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
• Email marketing campaign targeting and execution
• Beamer product marketing system implementation
• Own our user-acquisition budget
• Provide detailed marketing results reporting to BVG’s management team
• Identify our game’s target audience, segmentation, values, and selling points, then build marketing campaigns across all appropriate channels
• Conduct market research, benchmarks, polls, and consumer studies
• Define and direct the creation of promotional tools for our games, including videos, web assets, screenshots, descriptions and visuals
• Analyze marketing campaign results, identify points for improvement, and take action on the insights, including:
• A/B testing strategies
• Building user flows
• Building growth models
• Work closely with Product, UX, Technology, and Community teams to design and execute growth experiments and campaigns
